Central Africa has the highest extreme poverty rate of 54.8%, followed by Southern Africa at 45.1%.Limited structural transformation of the Malawian economy, climate change and gender disparities have led to increased poverty levels and constrained opportunities for decent and full-time employment, especially for the youth population.

For the past 7 years, we have worked in rural and urban communities across Malawi through virtual and physical engagements; amplifying entrepreneurship, leadership development, education, and training as models for livelihood transformation.
Through collaboration with local organizations, local governments, and development partners, we plan to expand across all districts in Malawi and parts of Southern Africa towards supporting 1 million people out of poverty by 2029.

Growing communities through entrepreneurship requires collective action. We leverage our experience working with livelihood and dynamic enterprises, ranging from idea- to early-stage.
To curb the gap with the missing middle, we will accelerate high-growth potential enterprises and promote niche enterprises specializing in high-impact sectors fostering climate adaptation including Agriculture, Water and Sanitation, Tourism and Energy sectors.
